At Raison Arts, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. We understand that sometimes, a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our policy below for more information.

Refunds/Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request.
Downloaded prints can not be given back to raison arts. So we can only refund if the customer is not satisfied with the quality. To initiate a policy, please contact our customer service team at raison.arts@gmail.com.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

We can reduce to ‘refund if not satisfied’. Or if the quality does not meet the expectation.

 

 

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a justification. Please contact our customer service team at raison.arts@gmail.com to initiate the policy.
